We are currently in search of qualified candidates for multiple positions:
ONLINE BUSINESS MANAGER
- 3 years experience or more in online marketing.
- For project management: laying out plans and managing projects through to completion, including launches, managing programs, creation of new revenue streams, updating websites, etc.
- For operations management: automating systems and creating processes for all day-to-day activities in the business to streamline and simplify how things are run.
- For metrics management: tracking stats for key business activities to see what is working and what is not working so that decisions can be made for ongoing growth.
- For people management: outsourcing, managing, and leading the efforts of the team to meet business goals.
- Creativity when it comes to ad ideas, funnels, and campaigns.
- A cool, easy-going personality that works well with a small team.
- At least 2 referrals we can contact that are specific to online marketing management.
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
- 1-3 years experience or more in customer service.
- At least six months experience managing a small to mid-size customer service team.
- The ability to manage virtual staff in different parts of the world.
- Experience with saving sales (i.e. refund recovery)
- A cool, easy-going personality that works well with a small team.
- At least 2 referrals we can contact that are specific to customer service management.
COLD TRAFFIC EXPERT
- 1-3 years experience or more running cold traffic offers.
- A basic understanding of what constitutes good copy (you won’t need to write it – we have that covered, but the ability to edit and write complaint copy is definitely a plus.)
- The ability to give feedback to our copywriters on ideas, as well as changes for compliance matters. Creativity is a plus.
- A solid understanding of all the major media and traffic sources.
- A keen eye for budget and metric optimization.
- Experience in running cold traffic for lead generation as well as direct sales to evergreen webinars and VSLs.
- At least 2 referrals we can contact that are specific to managing and/or running cold traffic campaigns.
* All positions to be filled on a contractor basis with potential for full-time employment. Each position is virtual, and requires at least once-per-week virtual meetings with the team.
